Loblolly Farm began in 1999 as a 30 acre corn field and has transformed into a Maryland's top equine facility offering a fun and relaxed training environment for horses and riders. We have recently added an additional 30 acres and doubled the number of paddocks. Loblolly has a newly completed indoor and a barn extension planned for Spring 2008.

Our 11 stall center aisle barn offers 12'x12' matted stalls with windows and grille fronts and dividers for an open, airy environment. The barn has a built in fly system and each stall is provided with a fan during the summer months. The hot/cold water wash stall is equipped with a heat lamp for chilly weather.
The recently expanded tack room is heated and secured, offers ample tack storage. The tack room also doubles as a lounge area with large windows over looking some of the paddocks. Two bathrooms are available, one of which has a shower as well as a washer and dryer. There are also kitchen facilities available for boarder use. | |

Our 200' X 300' outdoor arena has an all-weather, frost-free surface with excellent drainage, and is maintained regularly. The beautiful ring is surrounded by gazebos with plenty of seating, ideal for watching lessons or just relaxing. We have a full course of jumps with a variety of boxes, walls, gates, and roll tops.
We also have a riding field with natural jumps and a stream crossing. Boarders are free to ride around the farm on our many trails. | |
