LAKESIDE PAVILION
The most premier site at Loblolly Farm offers a gorgeous 3,400 square foot pavilion, vintage light fixtures, and a stairway leading down to the Lakeside Terrace. This location is the perfect setting for a stunning outdoor ceremony, with a beautiful deck on the Lake. This site is perfect for larger weddings and receptions and elegant dinner parties.
LAKESIDE TERRACE
LAKESIDE TERRACE
The most popular site to say “I do”. The Lakeside Terrace offers a beautiful view of the pond and deck. Permanent benches are installed along the terrace for optimal viewing of the happy couple. The terrace is adjacent to the Lakeside Pavilion offering a convenient transition from ceremony to reception.
HOLLYFIELD PAVILION

With breathtaking views of the farm, the Hollyfield Pavilion is an ideal setting for weddings, receptions, parties, and family events. This 3,400 sq. ft. facility accommodates up to 150 people and sits on 2.5 acres of lush green grass. Located next to The Cathedral, this site is the perfect pairing for a larger wedding with room for a tent.
THE FOUNDRY BARN
The Foundry Barn is one of the original structures of Loblolly Farm. This barn has been renovated from an old horse barn to a beautiful and cozy setting for small gatherings, weddings, parties, etc. The Foundry Barn is also one of the most popular sites on the farm for a photo op!
THE CATHEDRAL
The most rustic site on the farm; offering the perfect storybook setting for your wedding day! With space for chairs or benches and many pine trees for decor, this gorgeous space is ideal for the ultimate outdoor wedding.
BRIDAL SUITE
A private space, located at the Lakeside Pavilion, for the Bride and her Bridal party to relax as they prepare for the big day. This room accommodates up to 12 people, seated.
Amenities include:
A full granite vanity for up to 5 people, ample lighting, electrical outlets, cell phone charging station, private access to Women’s Restroom, direct access to the Lakeside Pavilion for ceremony entrance.
GROOM SUITE
An ideal space for hanging out and relaxing while waiting for the ceremony to begin. This space accommodates up to 12 people, seated. Included with this space is air conditioning, ample lighting, and use of the Foundry Barn.
A custom built restroom trailer will be setup next to the barn for your convenience.
