How much is a wedding at Loblolly Farm?
The Full Wedding Weekend Package is $5,050. Deposit of $1,000 and signed contract required to book your date.
What is included in your package?
Am I required to use specific vendors?
27 Hours on property
Friday 8 am to 9 pm & Saturday 8 am to 10 pm
Rehearsal & Rehearsal Dinner can be held on Friday
Bridal & Groom Suites
Any ceremony and reception site
Onsite transportation (via golf cart)
Custom Restroom trailer for Groom & Groomsmen
(will be setup for use at the Groom's Suite)
Tables & Chairs for up to 200 guests (setup included)
Ice machine (used to fill coolers, not drinks)
Can we bring our own food for the event?
Yes you may bring your own food. If you hire a caterer, they must be licensed.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Yes. All the buildings at Loblolly Farm are ADA compliant. If someone needs assistance getting to our Lakeside Terrace, we can provide transportation via golf cart.
Do you have tables & chairs?
Yes. We provide tables and chairs for up to 200 guests. We also have banquet tables for food and bar, and cocktail tables for cake and beverages.
Are pets allowed?
If you desire to include your precious pets in your ceremony, they are allowed, but must be cleaned up after. All pets must be kept on a leash at all times.
Do I need to purchase event insurance?
Event insurance is required for all events at Loblolly Farm. We recommend using Eventsured.com, but you are welcome to use any provider as long as your policy meets the requirements in your rental contract.
No. Loblolly does not require that you use any specific vendors. We will recommend some excellent vendors to suit your needs.
Is Alcohol allowed and what are your restrictions?
Yes, alcohol is allowed, but must be served by a licensed and insured bartending company. NO EXCEPTIONS. Arrangements regarding who provides the alcohol must be made between you and your hired bartender. You may serve beer, wine, and liquor.
How many guests can your buildings accommodate?
The Hollyfield Pavilion can accommodate 100 people seated.
The Lakeside Pavilion can accommodate 240 people seated.
Can I have my rehearsal/rehearsal dinner here?
Yes. Your package includes 13 hours on Friday to accommodate your setup, rehearsal, and rehearsal dinner.
Am I required to hire security?
Security is required for all events at Loblolly Farm. We have a list of contacts should you need assistance. Security can be any police officer in Mobile County.
Do you offer wedding planning/coordinating services?
Loblolly Farm does not offer planning/coordinating services. A list of planners/coordinators will be provided to you if you decide to book with us.
Does Loblolly Farm offer any decor?
No. Loblolly Farm does not currently offer any decor for events. You are free to bring any decor you wish to make your event unique to your style.
